Connect Grab with GPOS (Sync from Grab)

This guide helps merchants quickly and accurately connect GrabFood with GPOS, automatically import product data, reduce errors, and start using the back-office system immediately.
1. Logging In and Accessing GrabFood Management
After the GPOS Support team has enabled the connection, go to login.gpos.co.th, enter your email and password, then click Log In. Next, go to the Sales Channels menu and select Delivery channel. You will be able to click the Bind Account button.
Note : This guide is suitable for stores that already have menu items on GrabFood and registered for GPOS afterward.

2. Linking the Grab Merchant Account
After clicking Bind Account, the system will redirect you to the Grab Merchant login page. Enter your Grab Merchant username and click Next.

3. Logging in to Grab Merchant
The system will display the next screen for password entry. Enter your Grab Merchant password and click Next.

4. Selecting Store or Branch
After successfully logging in to Grab Merchant, select the store or branch you want to connect with GPOS, then click Connect.

5. Exporting the GrabFood Menu to GPOS
After clicking Connect, the system will display the screen for exporting the GrabFood menu to GPOS. Click “Export Menu”. If you want to change the GrabFood store, click Change at the top of the screen to select a new store.

6. Activating the GrabFood–GPOS Connection
The system will display the Activate Connection button. Click this button to start connecting GrabFood with the GPOS system.

7. Data Synchronization and Connection Confirmation
After clicking Activate Connection, the system will take approximately 3–5 minutes to synchronize menu items. Once the connection is successful, a confirmation message will be displayed. Close the Grab Merchant window and start using the GPOS back-office system immediately.
Note : Do not close the screen or navigate away during the synchronization process to prevent data loss.
