How to add tips
Tip Management System is a back-office feature that allows stores or system administrators to define and manage tip amounts that customers can add on top of their total order. Tips can be configured in either fixed amount (Baht) or percentage (%) format.
1. Log in to the Back Office
Go to login.gpos.co.th , enter your email and password, and click Log In.
Once logged in, select the menu “Store Management” .

2. Navigate to Tip Management
Select the menu "Charge Management", then click the sub-menu "Tip Management".

3. Add a New Tip
Click the “➕ Add Tip” button to add a new tip entry.

4. Fill in Tip Information
The system will display a screen for entering the following information:
- Tip Name : Enter the desired tip name, such as “10% Tip” or “20 Baht Tip”.
- Status : Turn on this toggle to activate the tip.

Once enabled, the system will show additional quick tip setting options :
4.1 Set Tip by Amount (Baht)
Specify the tip amount in Thai Baht (THB), with three options such as :
10 Baht, 20 Baht, 30 Baht
After filling out all the information, click “OK” to save the tip.

4.2 Set Tip by Percentage
Specify the tip amount in percentage, with three options such as:
5%, 10%, 15%
After completing the details, click “OK” to save the tip.

5. Manage Tips After Adding
After setting up the tip, you can manage it as follows:
- Edit (Pencil Icon): Modify the tip name, percentage, or amount.
- Enable/Disable: Turn the tip on or off as needed.
Note: The system allows only one (1) tip to be added. Once added, it cannot be deleted — only edited.
