How to create a payment channel
Payment method settings in the GPOS system allow stores to flexibly add and customize various payment options, including QR codes, credit cards, bank transfers, and more. The system also features image display on the customer screen, enhancing credibility and improving the overall customer experience at the point of sale.
1. Log in to the Back Office
Go to login.gpos.co.th , enter your email and password, and click Log In.
Once logged in, select the menu “Store Management” .

2. Access the Payment Method Settings Menu
Select the menu “Charge Management” then click the sub-menu “Payment Management” .

3. Add a New Payment Method
Click the “➕ Add” button to start creating a new payment method.

4. Enter Payment Method Details
In the detail section, specify the name of the payment method, such as :
QR PromptPay, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, etc.
Note : Maximum of 50 characters allowed.

5. Set Usage Status
Choose to Enable or Disable this payment method. If disabled, it will not appear on the POS screen as a payment option.

6. Configure Display Image on Customer Screen
Choose to Enable/Disable the “Show QR code on subscreen during payment
” feature.
Note : This feature is supported on dual-screen POS devices.

6.1 If Enabled Image shown on subscreen
The system will display an option to upload an image. Click “➕ Upload” to add the image to be shown on the customer-facing screen.
Note : Supported formats .jpg , .jpeg , .png and Maximum file size 6 MB

7. Upload a Payment Method Icon
Click “➕ Upload” to add an icon representing this payment method.
Note : Supported formats .jpg , .jpeg , .png and Maximum file size 6 MB

8. Select Refund Method
Choose a refund method to be recorded in the system. Once all fields are complete, click “Ok” to save the payment method.
Note : This is for record-keeping only and does not support automatic refunds.

9. Managing Existing Payment Methods
After adding a payment method, you can manage each one as follows :
- Edit – Change the name, image, status, or refund method.
- Disable – Hide the payment method from appearing on the POS.
- Delete – Remove the payment method entirely from the system.
