GPOS Back Office User Guide for adding and managing additional service charges such as service fees, delivery charges, or service charges. Users can define the percentage rate, usage status, and whether the charge is applied before or after VAT. The guide includes a clear explanation of how the calculation method (before or after VAT) affects the total amount charged.
1. Log in to the Back Office
Go to login.gpos.co.th, enter your Email and Password, then click Log In.
After successfully logging in, select Store Management, then choose Charge Management.

2. Add an Additional Service Charge
Click the submenu Additional Charge Management, then click the + Create Additional Charge button to create a new service charge.

3. Enter Additional Service Charge Details
After clicking + Create Additional Charge, the system will display a data entry screen. Enter the Additional Charge Name, such as Service Charge, Additional Fee, etc., as desired, and enable the Active status.

3.1 Specify the Rate and Order Source
Specify the service charge rate (Percent) by entering a number (e.g., 10 for 10%). Select the Order Source where the service charge will be applied. Available options include Dine-in, Takeaway, and Pickup. Once all information is completed, click Ok to finalize the creation.

4. Managing Created Additional Service Charges
After successfully creating an additional service charge, you can manage it as follows :
- Pencil icon – Edit the name, percentage, status, or order source
- Trash bin icon – Delete the additional service charge from the system
- Enable / Disable – Turn the service charge on or off without deleting the data
