Product stock notification settings
The stock settings manual helps manage inventory efficiently, reduces errors in product sales, and enables real-time notifications.
1. Log in to the Back Office
Go to login.gpos.co.th , enter your email and password, and click Log In.
Once logged in, select the menu “Store Management” .

2. Access Stock Settings
From the left-hand menu, select "Store Settings", then choose the sub-menu "Inventory Setting".

3. Enable/Disable Low Stock Notification
Turn on the "Stock Notice" function. When enabled, the system will send alerts via the Gpos App (available on both iOS and Android) or your registered email.

4. Enable/Disable Negative Stock Warning
Enable the "Negative Stock Alert" function to prevent the sale of out-of-stock items. If a product is ordered through the POS system or QR code food ordering, and the ordered quantity exceeds available stock, the system will display a warning message. The user must confirm before the transaction can proceed.

5. Enable/Disable Product Expiration Date Display
When enabled, the system will add an “Show Item Shelf Life” field in the stock import page, allowing you to specify the expiration date for each item.
